This device is faulty. It doesn’t work. I’ve gone through all the “trouble-shooting” steps, and it doesn’t work.

I bought this air purifier a little over a month ago and am happy that I did! This purifier has a sleek, modern look with dual functions. One side controls the level of air purification and the other controls the ozone system. I do not use the ozone option, so I cannot speak to how well it works.

The air purification options are very loud, even on the lowest level. However, I keep it on the lowest and still notice that the congestion in my nose has significantly decreased with this machine. My house is over 2500 sq ft to give an idea of how well it works.

I would highly recommend this machine to anyone that has breathing difficulties. Hopefully, it will help!

They even provided custom training videos to help educate all of our staff on what is already a simple use procedure. While we do not use the Ozone Generator, we love the Air Purification functions, utilizing HEPA filtration, and UV germicidal light.

I purchased this unit to combat the deteriorating air quality in my bedroom due to water damage. It extremely lessened the amount of breathing problems I have allowed me to deal with the situation until my landlord could rip out the walls. Now I use it in my main room and it keeps the air super fresh like after a rainstorm. I bought this same model for my father years ago since he suffers from extreme allergies. This unit solved all his problems and is whisper quiet at the low setting. I love the ozone feature, washable filters, and that it comes with a remote control. Can't say enough good things about it - it blows the other consumer air purifiers out of the water!

I bought this air purifier because we got water in our basement after a recent storm. We won't be able to renovate for a couple months so I decided to get an air purifier with HEPA and UV filtration to remove any mold and mildew. I wanted something that would also get the air moving so everything would dry out completely. Our basement is finished but mostly used for storage, except for my office. I found this air purifier on Greatvacs and the ozone generator was an added bonus. I tried out the air purifier as soon as it was delivered. First impressions: simple to operate, remote is easy to use, very quiet but lots of airflow for its size! However, I did find the owner's manual a little confusing. Once I was finished working, I thought I would try the ozone generator. The manual says to do this when the space is unoccupied, so I turned off our AC and ran it for about 30 minutes while I went to pick up my kids. I came back and opened up the windows to let in fresh air and get rid of the ozone smell. That feature definitely works! Completely got rid of the mildew smell. We had friends over a week later and they said they didn't notice any mildew smell. I'm very pleased with this unit! It's very quiet and moves a good amount of airflow. My only complaint is the instructions for the functions are a little confusing. But once you just start using the air purifier the learning curve it quite low. I've been running it almost everyday for over a week with zero issues.
