I purchased a Terravac from Prolux about 9 or 10 years ago and was very happy with it. Over time, it was starting to wear out and i decided on a new vacuum. Ordered it, was delivered in 2 days, very speedy! I used my new Phantom vacuum the next day and was very very happy with the ease of setting it up and the results. I like the floor tool, very wide and nice bristles, the power head was not as wide as I have had, but very very effective. The extra brush for the power head was a bonus. All in all I am extremely happy with this new model, the construction and accessories are perfect. I would recommend this vacuum to anyone who has pets, wood floors and rugs. Good job Prolux!

I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful vacuum. The bag system is the entire reason I chose the Tritan, and the system is top-notch, from buying additinal bags and filters to installing and using and disposing of said bags and filters.
Vacuum really sucks up the dirt. So much better than Dyson. Easy to clean and no rotating roller that you have to replace every two months.
