No problem the Prolux CTX is designed to vacuum up wet spills. Want to shampoo carpets? Scrub your tile? No problem with the optional Prolux Storm shampooer and tile cleaner you can do it all. It also comes with the upholstery shampooer which allows you to shampoo your couches or upholstery.

Prolux for life

Love our Prolux! Got it after getting a demo from a Rainbow saleswoman. This outperforms the rainbow at a quarter of the cost. Does a great job getting up all dirt from carpets, rugs, beds and is an awesome home air purifier.

My Prolux CTX Pro sucks

This vacuum has some real power! I can vacuum with my old, upright bagged vacuum and then vacuum again with the CTX and just get so much more dirt. It just amazes me how much dirt the carpet holds. It’s gross but the CTX really cleans it!

Love it!

Cleans so well and deep, it picks everything up almost perfectly, love the easy swivel head navigates smoothly and wheels on cannister are very smooth! Packs a lot of power gives my arms a work out on carpet as it pulls very hard, hopefully I'm using it correctly on carpet!

Prolux CTX

I was in middle of spring cleaning when my 30 year old Rainbow vacuum started smoking. After pricing a new Rainbow, I decided to order the Prolux. It is similar to the Rainbow but less than half the cost. I am pleased with the Prolux. It operates similar to the Rainbow and does an excellent job cleaning. I love the water filter rather than the bag type vacuums. The air cleaning feature is another reason for purchasing the Prolux CTX.

I have the CTX Pro and it performs better than any vacuum I've ever used. The only problem that I have is with the powerhead which keeps stopping after using it in a large room. They replaced the powerhead recently but today I'm experiencing the same problem. I am not using it too often, about once a month.
