I love it! Took me a few minutes to get the bag out of the machine. And the red light did not come on as instructed. It was quite full when I emptied it.
WIFES HAPPY AGAIN.
We purchased the Prolux 2.0 backpack vacuum about a year or so ago. I've been waiting to write a review until I put the vacuum to the test. We use our vacuum at least 3 times a week, and find the vacuum has good suction, and going from hard to carpeted surfaces is excellent. Cleaning under furniture and doing stairs is easy with the wand. What I find important with this type of vacuum, is that the filter needs to be cleaned after 2-3 uses, for optimum suction. What's important with a good vacuum cleaner, is customer service, and the ability to buy parts for it. Prolux customer service is excellent. We contacted Prolux to see if we could get a replacement part, and Mary was on it. Her communication and customer service is top tier.
I love it!
It says in the booklet a red light would come on when the bag is full. The bag feels pretty full, I am scared the red light won’t come on. I will wait though and trust it will happen
THE PROLUX RS4 is a very good vacuum cleaner that is easy to manuever and has plenty of suction power. We will be using that vacuum cleaner quite a bit.
