I have a CTX that I’ve had for a few years. I recently bought another for a house warming gift for friends. They have mostly hard floors so I ordered this separately. I tried it out at their house and it is so much better than the regular hard floor brush. I will be ordering one for myself.

Not to heavy, yet solid construction, amazing suction, great warranty and really friendly staff for top notch service. So glad I’m not contributing to excess landfills like I have with my previous vacuums after dying after 14 months of usage.
Bags are very durable and easy to take the old out and put the new one in..
Great machine. Once it’s running it’s so easy to use. I purchased the kit with all the brushes, I don’t need most of them. Otherwise it’s a great tool.
