I used to purchase all the cleaning equipment for a school district so I know what I want in a vacuum. This vacuum is very powerful. the long cord means less time wasted moving the cord. The hard floor swivel head although being about 3" wider than my previous one, swivels so nice that it easily gets into places I couldn't get before with my old vac. The extension wand that clicks at specific lengths is wonderful as I can vacuum high ledges when fully extended, or shorter for normal floor work. Everything is heavy duty without a lot of weight. Downsides; not all the attachments will stay in the belt. Plug at the end could use a cord trap to lock the wound cord. The vacuum hose is a bit stiff. Other than that its a great vacuum. Good value for the money.
Very good vacuum
I operate a movie theatre and we were looking for a good upright vacuum. We had tried other brands and the a basic throw away stuff that lasted about 6 months at best. The first one came in with the housing broke, took a couple of pictures sent it in and like in 2 days we had a replacement. We have been using the vacuum now for like 2 years and even with mostly highschool students running it, it's not missed a lick. All I can say is Thank you for building a quality vacuum that holds up to anything.
