I bought the CA3500 some years ago when I moved into a place that it was very helpful cleaning the air as it had been vacant for a long time. I've bought replacement parts over the years, recently the UV bulb for it, so I don't seem to have to worry about those parts. the back plate tab broke on this last replacing of the bulb, and I asked if I could get another as I think it activates the safety switch, so it needs it. Just got an email said they could, and paid for it, just waiting for the sipment to arrive. Thanks guys!
I had been looking for a USA made vacuum cleaner for while that was affordable and good quality. After having this for a few weeks, I can say I would definitely recommend this vac and company. The parts seem to be well made and durable. Love the assortment of tools!

I honestly wish I had purchased my Prolux vacuum years ago. It would have saved me so much money replacing rugs! With cats, there is always hair, litter, and little messes everywhere, but this machine picks it all up and leaves my rugs and floors looking noticeably cleaner.
I have ADHD, so getting started on household cleaning can be difficult. Somehow, this vacuum actually makes me excited to clean! There is something incredibly satisfying about seeing the dirty water after I vacuum and then watching it become clearer over time as I continue using the machine. The visible difference gives me a sense of accomplishment and motivates me to keep going. Not to mention how much fresher the house smells.
This is truly one of the best purchases I have ever made. If you have pets, rugs, or simply want to see how much dirt is hiding in your home, you need this vacuum. Five stars without hesitation!
It works well. The package was missing a adaptor for the hardwood floor piece. I emailed customer service and a adaptor was sent to me.
This is the very first Prolux vacuum I have purchased. It definitely picks up pet hair better than any vacuum I have owned and I have owned many vacuums. I definitely recommend the Prolux QX60 Pet canister vacuum.
