Great vacuum for my cleaning business.

I've only had this for a month, but enjoying it so far. I purchases this for my residential cleaning business in which I was previously using an upright vacuum that was not at all suitable for the workload and did not have the maneuverability needed to get underneath furniture.
-It's light weight, especially compared to other BPVs I've used.
-Easy to take apart and clean.
-Attachments are great and with the wand extension, I can reach spots up high and under furniture without killing my back from having to bend over or hold a heavy cannister in my hand.
-The hose is really long, which has taken some getting used to with my small stature. I do have to wrap the hose across/around my body to make sure I don't knock anything over.
-A bit more maintenance is required to keep this functioning properly, especially on the filter. This is mostly manageable but if I have multiple houses to clean in a day or a home that has a lot of dust and debris, I have to clean it in between rooms or homes. I bring a canned air with me to keep up with it. Regardless, I save so much time vacuuming now that this is a very minor inconvenience for me, and I will probably invest in a few spare filters to carry around for a quick swap.
-Very powerful and I have had zero issues picking up pet hair and other debris that previous vacuums were missing.

Overall, I'm happy with this purchase at this point and I hope that it can be the workhorse I need for my business.

Amazing vacuum! It is convenient and efficient

Overall, this vacuum is good for the price, but it is definitely not a commercial grade vacuum. It would be suited for residential use or a very light commercial application. The backpack style makes it fast and easy to use, and the backpack straps are very comfortable and adjust nicely. The power nozzle works great on all types of carpet and bare floors and it has a lot of accessories that work well. With the exception of the bare floor tool, the brush does not have a hole to detent into the wand so it spins around freely while you are pushing and pulling it on the floors, I remedy this by drilling a hole into the tool.
Here are my reasons why it’s not commercial grade.
1. Emptying this vacuum is not as simple as opening the dust lid and tapping it out into the trash. You have to empty and fully clean this every 1200 ft.² and clean the filter because of the major loss of suction be prepared to take this outside to empty or vacuum your floor again it’s a mess , and dust is all in the air,it defeats the purpose of a hepa vac. it is also handy to have compressed air available to clean the filter. You might save money on bags but the money you save goes straight into labor cost to empty and clean this every 30 minutes.
2. The hose leaves a lot to be desired. And I do not expect it to hold up very long. It is a cheap hose a plasticky material and very thin. The connection to the cuff is a smaller hose inside a larger hose and it ripped out twice within the first 10 minutes of use. This is in part due to the hose being a foot and a half too long it catches and snags on everything behind you.
3. The exhaust blows hot air into your back the whole time, which is not ideal, unless you are cleaning a walk-in freezer.
4. The canister does not seal to the frame of the vacuum and results in a major vacuum leak. If you push on the canister, it seals and the vacuum has good suction, but what is the point of having good suction if you can’t make a seal to the hose. It is just a design flaw.
