I recently bought this vacuum after many months of looking at reviews and I love it. Take a little getting used to slight con because the carpet vacuum piece is hard to take off most of the time. Overall though vacuum has good suction the light on the carpet vac piece is really nice all the attachments have come is really nice extendable pole. Easily cleanable pieces really is amazing also another point on the back of the carpet electric vac piece is a little safety razor blade to quickly remove things caught in the brush roller. I am completely amazed at how GREAT this vacuum is! I used my shark vacuum on my rug a few days prior to getting this system delivered, I set up the prolux, vacuumed it once(not 4 times like normal) and was disgusted at all the dirt and pet hair that was in the water. And the best thing...my rug barely smells like dog! I also love that it doesn't blow nasty vacuum smell all over causing more dust. Best purchase of the year!!
I purchased the Proluxe CTX May, 2024. So I have used it for 3 months. So now I'm ready to write a review. I have 2 kitty Critters thought my old vacuum picked up pretty well boy was I wrong. I am so OBSESSED with this well-made machine. Every time I use it I still can't believe how much fur dirt it still finds to pick up. I brush my critters once a week and still, it picks up a lot. Even though you have to fill it up with water I do not mind because of how much it picks up. I use it 2 - 3 times a week like I said I'm obsessed. On the carpet, you can feel the power of the machine I seem to get a workout. What is hard I'm sure cause it is new till I believe it needs to break it in the handle to the carpet to undo it from the sweeper it so hard to detach but if that's the only thing and it is not a complaint I just assume it is too new. Also, customer service is exactly like it states even though you can only email which is my complaint only cause I prefer to speak to a human for faster results. So aside from that they will get back to you within 24 hours. They were great my vacuum arrived from packaging which is well packed just a fluke thing that happened was the handle on the vacuum the loop I use it to lean the hose on it well was cracked off. They replaced it and paid for me to ship it back. So I received a new one all in tacked. So EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. So overall I rate this unit a 5 star I love my Bella Bot. She looks and rolls like a robot. I did put felt around the bottom just to protect my wall and baseboards not that it did anything it was just extra protection for my house and furniture. I hope my video and photos come through. This is worth every penny I tried a water vacuum 20 years ago great idea but it leaked and was very hard and bulky to use I sent it back. So when I saw this I loved the idea and read the reviews I was willing to try it again and I'm glad I did. So if you thinking of purchasing but the price makes you have a second thought just go for it you will not regret it. I love the fact of supporting a business especially made in the USA even though the motor and different parts are from Italy and I believe also Germany or with their technology, it is well made.
I purchased a Prolux Tritan some years ago and loved it. When I moved, it somehow went missing. In the meantime, I purchased a few other vacs and was disappointed in all of them - either they smelled bad when in use, the cords were too short, or the cordless ones were so light they didn't clean my floors. So....I purchase the Prolux Tritan again and I can already see a big difference in the amount of dust and dog hair on my floors in just two days! I raved about it so much my neighbor just bought one, too. Try it. You won't be disappointed.
Here are my favorite features: the suction is great and can be adjusted, the tools are easy to use and store on the handle, the vac isn't too heavy and is easy to wheel around, the Hepa filters work - no smell or dust, and it's easy to change them.
Prolux has great customer service, too. So I'm a happy vaccer!!
Had to replace the original straps on our vacuum and we only had the vacuum for a year. These replacement straps came in handy! If only we could have gotten it replaced instead of purchasing it, unfortunately we could not find the original receipt.
