After carefully researching vacuums for over a week after my Shark Apex died we found the Prolux. We watched videos and read reviews and finally caved and purchased the Prolix Titan. I unpacked right away and went to vacuuming. I have two Great pyrenees dogs and the fur is non stop. This was able to handle it all. I was able to get out all the fur from the area rugs which my last vacuum couldn’t handle. I am very pleased with our purchase and more so cause it’s made in the USA. I am sure I will by more products with this company. Love the sleek design and the how light it is.
Works well and is better than getting out the bulky shop vac for small jobs like my car. Little disappointed to find out it wasn’t made in USA like advertised. Says it was made in the people’s republic of China. Also wish I had bought on the amazon site and saved 30 dollars.
I recently bought this vacuum after many months of looking at reviews and I love it. Take a little getting used to slight con because the carpet vacuum piece is hard to take off most of the time. Overall though vacuum has good suction the light on the carpet vac piece is really nice all the attachments have come is really nice extendable pole. Easily cleanable pieces really is amazing also another point on the back of the carpet electric vac piece is a little safety razor blade to quickly remove things caught in the brush roller. Genius has helped me a lot. Thanks prolux:))
I am completely amazed at how GREAT this vacuum is! I used my shark vacuum on my rug a few days prior to getting this system delivered, I set up the prolux, vacuumed it once(not 4 times like normal) and was disgusted at all the dirt and pet hair that was in the water. And the best thing...my rug barely smells like dog! I also love that it doesn't blow nasty vacuum smell all over causing more dust. Best purchase of the year!!
I purchased the Proluxe CTX May, 2024. So I have used it for 3 months. So now I'm ready to write a review. I have 2 kitty Critters thought my old vacuum picked up pretty well boy was I wrong. I am so OBSESSED with this well-made machine. Every time I use it I still can't believe how much fur dirt it still finds to pick up. I brush my critters once a week and still, it picks up a lot. Even though you have to fill it up with water I do not mind because of how much it picks up. I use it 2 - 3 times a week like I said I'm obsessed. On the carpet, you can feel the power of the machine I seem to get a workout. What is hard I'm sure cause it is new till I believe it needs to break it in the handle to the carpet to undo it from the sweeper it so hard to detach but if that's the only thing and it is not a complaint I just assume it is too new. Also, customer service is exactly like it states even though you can only email which is my complaint only cause I prefer to speak to a human for faster results. So aside from that they will get back to you within 24 hours. They were great my vacuum arrived from packaging which is well packed just a fluke thing that happened was the handle on the vacuum the loop I use it to lean the hose on it well was cracked off. They replaced it and paid for me to ship it back. So I received a new one all in tacked. So EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. So overall I rate this unit a 5 star I love my Bella Bot. She looks and rolls like a robot. I did put felt around the bottom just to protect my wall and baseboards not that it did anything it was just extra protection for my house and furniture. I hope my video and photos come through. This is worth every penny I tried a water vacuum 20 years ago great idea but it leaked and was very hard and bulky to use I sent it back. So when I saw this I loved the idea and read the reviews I was willing to try it again and I'm glad I did. So if you thinking of purchasing but the price makes you have a second thought just go for it you will not regret it. I love the fact of supporting a business especially made in the USA even though the motor and different parts are from Italy and I believe also Germany or with their technology, it is well made.
