This stick vacuum is the best I’ve tried. It has so much power and works great on carpets. Some stick vacuum heads are air driven but this one is electric so it is much more powerful. All parts are durable and well made. I love that it comes with extra battery, brush roll and filters. Highly recommend!
I've had this vac for 8 years. It started to have an issue. I contacted Prolux. To my delight, they sent me a prepaid label to return. I purchased a strong box to return it. When returned back to me, it stated no issues were found but they replaced the bag/filter. However, I was still having the same issue (I believe it was electrical). They again sent me a prepaid label to return. However, it was lost in transit. They replaced the vacuum!! So pleased with a company that stands behind their product without having to ask.
Once we received all that was stated to be in the kit, we were very pleased with the purchase. Hope it holds up for complete cleaning care for years to come.
A lot of power in a small light body. It's quiet and a great value for the price. I didn't need to order the extra bags, since it comes with extras.
This is my 3 rd Prolux vac and this is the best garage vac.I have looked at all of them but I have come to love the Prolux brand. I am getting ready to buy another Tristan for my barn
