I love this vacuum, have had it a year or so now. I love all the tools, light weight. The only thing that I would improved would be the angle of the duster tool. I like to use it on my baseboards and you have to be straight on it. I would like a better angle.
It is always easy to buy from Prolux and their products are first rate. I love my Prolux vacuum!
This vacuum has picked up all that was left behind by my old vacuum, I couldn’t believe what was in the water! I’ve had it for a couple weeks and it is fantastic ! Highly recommend !
This stick vacuum is the best I’ve tried. It has so much power and works great on carpets. Some stick vacuum heads are air driven but this one is electric so it is much more powerful. All parts are durable and well made. I love that it comes with extra battery, brush roll and filters. Highly recommend!
I've had this vac for 8 years. It started to have an issue. I contacted Prolux. To my delight, they sent me a prepaid label to return. I purchased a strong box to return it. When returned back to me, it stated no issues were found but they replaced the bag/filter. However, I was still having the same issue (I believe it was electrical). They again sent me a prepaid label to return. However, it was lost in transit. They replaced the vacuum!! So pleased with a company that stands behind their product without having to ask.
