I love this one better than the one that came with my vacuum

the design of the vac causes a lot of small debris and dust to get trapped at the filter long before the main canister fills up. The filters best feature is that it is washable. My recommendation is to purchase at least 2 pre filters. As soon as the filter starts to get clogged with dirt it immediately loses a lot of suction. Not the filters fault, but, this vacuum is not strong enough to pick up pebbles or stones really of any kind with the standard wide head. That being said, with a clogged filter it makes it that much more difficult to pick up anything. Multiple filters are a must. Just rubbing off the external debris does not improve the air flow much. Needs washed and overnight to dry.
