This water filtration vacuum has so much more suction power than other vacuums. It gets my house cleaner every time. Easy to roll around from room to room.

I just purchased the pro lux vacuum after owning a Rainbow for many years. I liked the Rainbow too but a new one is way too expensive. The Prolux is similar… but lighter wt… hoses and cords are longer. It has great suction. I like the smaller motor head! Also lighter and able to get under things easier.. My only complaint is that the motor head does not stand up on its own. So if you stop the vacuum, you have to have something for it lean on or drop it to the floor. 😖

I purchased the Proluxe CTX May, 2024. So I have used it for 3 months. So now I'm ready to write a review. I have 2 kitty Critters thought my old vacuum picked up pretty well boy was I wrong. I am so OBSESSED with this well-made machine. Every time I use it I still can't believe how much fur dirt it still finds to pick up. I brush my critters once a week and still, it picks up a lot. Even though you have to fill it up with water I do not mind because of how much it picks up. I use it 2 - 3 times a week like I said I'm obsessed. On the carpet, you can feel the power of the machine I seem to get a workout. What is hard I'm sure cause it is new till I believe it needs to break it in the handle to the carpet to undo it from the sweeper it so hard to detach but if that's the only thing and it is not a complaint I just assume it is too new. Also, customer service is exactly like it states even though you can only email which is my complaint only cause I prefer to speak to a human for faster results. So aside from that they will get back to you within 24 hours. They were great my vacuum arrived from packaging which is well packed just a fluke thing that happened was the handle on the vacuum the loop I use it to lean the hose on it well was cracked off. They replaced it and paid for me to ship it back. So I received a new one all in tacked. So EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. So overall I rate this unit a 5 star I love my Bella Bot. She looks and rolls like a robot. I did put felt around the bottom just to protect my wall and baseboards not that it did anything it was just extra protection for my house and furniture. I hope my video and photos come through. This is worth every penny I tried a water vacuum 20 years ago great idea but it leaked and was very hard and bulky to use I sent it back. So when I saw this I loved the idea and read the reviews I was willing to try it again and I'm glad I did. So if you thinking of purchasing but the price makes you have a second thought just go for it you will not regret it. I love the fact of supporting a business especially made in the USA even though the motor and different parts are from Italy and I believe also Germany or with their technology, it is well made.
