I've had this vac for 8 years. It started to have an issue. I contacted Prolux. To my delight, they sent me a prepaid label to return. I purchased a strong box to return it. When returned back to me, it stated no issues were found but they replaced the bag/filter. However, I was still having the same issue (I believe it was electrical). They again sent me a prepaid label to return. However, it was lost in transit. They replaced the vacuum!! So pleased with a company that stands behind their product without having to ask.
