Received quickly and put it to use right away. Works great. Had a small problem w one part and company took care of us promptly. Highly recommend.

We have a residential cleaning company and are absolutely blown away by this vacuum. For the price, it stands apart from the competition. The powered head is perfect for high pile carpets and rugs while the led strip on the head lights up even the smallest of debris on hard surfaces. The backpack is light and it’s pretty quiet without sacrificing CFM. The exhaust is distributed around the canister which prevents air from blowing papers and other things from desks etc as we move around in rooms. The only minor complaint is the exhaust blows back toward the cleaner which can get pretty warm, especially in summer months here in southern AZ. Hasn’t stopped me from purchasing several of these for our employees already. Highly recommend for larger houses or for commercial applications.

We live in a 2 story home with a variety of floor types. We have been searching for a lightweight vacuum with sufficient power to handle carpet, laminate, and slate/tile floors. Decided to give the Prolux power nozzle backpack a try and couldn’t be happier. Does an excellent job on all surfaces, is lightweight, and the backpack makes it easy to transport around the house and up and down stairs. Canister is easy to empty and clean out. Telescoping handle adjusts easily to what is comfortable for my wife or I. Couldn’t be more pleased with our purchase so far. Highly recommend.

I love this vacuum. It has the best suction I've ever experienced in any vacuum. This is the first time using a backpack vacuum so it takes a little getting use to but I'm loving it.

Always hating having to drag around a machine while cleaning, I've been wanting a good, affordable backpack vacuum for a while. I found this one as it was important to me for attachments supporting both hardwoods and carpets.I love the fact I can now just walk and clean. The pistol grip makes work feel more natural.Very easy to put together - it takes longer to remove the wrapping than to get it going. The power is excellent. It had no trouble picking up stuff, even a broken piece of glass that found its way under a piece of furniture.The hardwood attachment rolls like glass over the floor and is very easy to guide and turn to make it go where you want it to go.The crevice tool works as you'd expect. Since you have a 50ft cord, I was able to run the crevice tool along the corners and along the baseboards to clear out the dust settling on the molding. That is, I just walked along the wall with the tool in place. It is powerful enough not to have to worry about missing anything.I cleaned a number of blinds and table tops using the dusting tool. The bristles are soft yet firm, allowing you to knock off the dust. The power of the unit keeps the dust from flying all about.The carpet attachment is surprisingly powerful. I cleaned my stairs in just a few minutes. The built-in lights are so nice. It's so great to have the backpack when cleaning stairs, maybe more so than in any other situation. Amazing the power. I had to repeatedly clean out the bin because of the amount of dirt being collected (that is, left behind by my floor unit).The mini turbo brush may be the biggest surprise. I've had these provided by other manufacturers on their machine, and they simply lack power. The moment you touch a cushion or anything, they immediately stop spinning. So I was initially skeptical. No more! This thing rocks! I cleaned two chairs and my couch in minutes. Because it is a backpack, my other hand remained free to pick up cushions and clean under and around them. I was able to walk about the whole room with ease, just cleaning away!No one in their right minds would ever say cleaning is fun! But I had a blast. Though never fun, with this vacuum, you'll get back to your fun so much faster. I can't believe they didn't make them like this from the beginning.Definitely recommend.
