We just had our hardwood floors refinished and I asked the refinisher about vacs - he had been using a backpack vacuum and he recommended it. He said no robot vacs as the can pick up stuff and carry it around scratching the floor😬. So after some research, I ordered the Prolux X8 Lite.
I admit it takes some getting used to at first - but it is so nice not pulling a canister around or having an upright tip over while vacuuming! And boy, does it pick up the dog hair; which we have - (or had 😉) plenty! I love that the hard floor head is wide and swivels easily to get under furniture. I did take some painters tape and mark it WOOD, so as not to confuse it with the carpet head - don’t want to take a chance on scratching the floor!
Some people say the cord is too short - I think it’s fine - I can do the whole house by plugging it in in two places - easy peasy! It is a bit noisy - I just keep some earplugs in the handy waist pouch - the motor is what makes it a powerful suction machine! Happy with my purchase!

I absolutely loved this vacuum but returned it because it was cumbersome for my small space. After trying several others I'm hoping to get this vacuum back and just become adjusted to using it. It's the best vacuum for everything including pesky litter!
Love that I can pull it all over and the wand goes under everything.
Sorry I cannot use it on my model. I ordered the wrong attachment. I need to return it to you guys and get the correct part.
