This vacuum is an excellent purchase. I have had several expensive vacuums over the years. This isn't the most expensive vacuum I've bought - but it's the best. That's no hyperbole - this is a time saver and it's a quality piece of equipment.You put this on your back and go! I have indoor dogs so vacuuming frequently is necessary. This unit doesn't weigh much. The cord is heavy duty and gauge would be okay on a commercial or construction site.I transition from wood floor to rugs in my cleaning. The Prolux might not suck the chrome off a trailer hitch but you don't need a beater bar vacuum - this will clean carpet quickly and thoroughly.You can also get cobwebs and switch nozzles to do furniture as you move through the room.The hose does not crush when you bend it like shop vacuum hoses will - this is critical if you are really moving. I cannot stress how much the hose is a factor in making cleaning easy.Probably the best thing is the HEPA rating. I have children with breathing issues - and running this vacuum through the house a few times a week really has helped indoor air quality.Finally, I often pretend I am putting on my ptoto pack to bust ghosts when I pull those out of the utility closet. All need are some coveralls.

This is an awful vacuum and a terrible company. No customer service number, broken vaccum and very hard to get help. If you are going to sell products you need to have people available to speak with. Will never purchase here again. What a mess.

I had been debating between the X8 Pro and the 10 quart both backpack vacuums. I ended up emailing customer service and asked which one would be best suited for my needs. They helped me and sent me a list of links of backpack vacuums and how much square footage the building had. So far we are loving it . Especially how quite it is compared to other vacuums and the suction it has for its size thank Pro Lux .

Well let’s get started. I have purchased 2 of these vaccums. 1st issue is th plug will start getting loose and coming apart. 2nd the floor attachment accessories are so cheap and fall apart,the wheels have came off the floor attachment and also have cracked where you connect them to the metal hose which also can barely tap anything and it’ll crank up and get smashed up what type of cheap
Metal do you use. 3rd the cloth filter bag has already came apart where it was sewn together. 4th the pole and hose attachment have already came apart. 5th I have already reached out about my warranty and issues but still have not gotten a reponse and this has been almost 2 months. I have barely owned these vaccums not even 3 or 4 months and having all these issues. These are cheaply made and you can see the workmanship and defects in the products. I wasted my money for what. Very disappointed in the products for the price I paid. Supposed to be commercial grade yeah right they barely stand up with normal home use. I would spend my money somewhere else on a better product and would gladly pay more for it for better quality.

This machine is insanely light. I used to work as a cleaning technician, and have used many different kinds of backpack vacuums. This is by far the most comfortable. The suction will be plenty for any household or commercial task, although you will probably have to empty after about 1200sqft.
