The Prolux TerraVac is a great vacuum! Unfortunately I returned it not because of the performance but because my house is so small. If I had a larger space to clean, it would have worked out just great! Thanks to Prolux for their really great customer service. They really came through with quick responses and exactly what I needed and asked for. Great company!

So Far So Very Good

So far I am very impressed with my newly purchased Prolux TerraVac Vacuum Cleaner. It is very well made and very quiet. The floor attachments work very well and this vacumn has strong suction. I'm very happy with this unit. The price was very fair and I like that it is USA made.

Excellent suction, power head will almost pull you across the carpet 😜
Lots of attachments included, easy to use, feels like a quality product

Cons: needs a longer hose.

Not great!

Well I waited to see how well this one would hold up to my cleaning business and as I suspected, a little over a year in and the wand completely broke. I had high hopes for this one too! And not only that, it’s not very easy to find replacement parts for this model. :(

Almost Perfect

Bad: Missing cleaner tool. Supposed to get 5 bags, rcvd 2. 5 foot hose is too short; should be min 8ft. Power head does not adjust to carpet height. Supplies are pricey. Not all tools fit in the unit. Easy to mix up the power button with the cord retract button. Edge suction ok but doesn't quite get everything. Not quite plug and play; bit of a learning curve to install and actually use due to the shorter hose. Needs an oversized clip to hold the tube while you move furniture. Darn Biden made EVERYTHING Soooooo expensive. Good: Super cool instructions. Nice color. Sucks nicely. Quiet. Good cord length. Packaged well. Comes with coupons. We have only had it for one day so will try to remember to post an update in a few months. Overall it's a keeper.

Great Product

Love my Prolux 9000 Hepa great vacuum works exactly as I expected. This is a fantastic easy to use vacuum and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sturdy well built machine NOT a piece of junk by any means. Great product thank you Prolux I will definitely buy again even tho I own three different Prolux models a blue 9000 and a black 8000 upright and a Terra Vac canister model.

I do not leave reviews. Ever. Good, bad, or indifferent. For years I've used just a simple shop vac for my hardwood floors and an upright for the area rugs. I was feeling ready to invest in a good vacuum and I found one. The powerhead unit has so much suction power that I find myself going over my area rugs at least twice when I vacuum now because it's so satisfying. It was disgusting what came out of my main area rug the first time I vacuumed with my Prolux (insert vomiting emoji). I'm completely in love with the water acting as the filter so that all the junk that goes in the tank stays there and that it acts as an air purifier while I clean. I am legitimately in LOVE with this machine. The whole American made/head quarters was a big factor in my decision as well.
